Matt Griffin founded Griffin Consulting Services, LLC in 2019 after nearly a decade of data, analytics and business process design consulting experience. He specializes in business intelligence, data warehousing and analytics consulting, with deep expertise in supply chain analytics, data architecture and design, predictive maintenance and risk modeling, dashboard design, and business process transformation within the aerospace, heavy manufacturing and consumer products industries. Matt is a proud University of Texas alumni and enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.
